  Horrible. They made a mistake and mistyped a SSN and name causing a delay with my tax refund. After four weeks the IRS sends me a letter asking me to verify my identity since they were alerted when SSN didn't match and want to make sure it is not fraudulent. I Filed in early February but just got my refund. These people did nothing to help me and still took their $175 fee plus the other fees they charge "to get your refund faster". Even after admitting their error, they still argued with me saying they did ME the favor because they charge so cheap. And also said they did a good job and what am I talking about. This is not how you treat a client. Very incompetent. The guy I used to go to charged me $60 and gave me the same amount. Only reason I didn't go to the regular guy is because he was out of the country for a few months. And this place was closer to where I am at. What a scam. No apologies or compensation from these people. They were totally indifferent to my situation. I never had to wait for more than two weeks for my refund. Not a good place of business. Scammers
