- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I came in to apply for a credit card and i waited for about 20 minutes. I decide to set up an appointment for a couple of hours later. I get here on the dot and i still have to wait. At this point, its been 15 minutes and i expect to wait for another 10 minutes AT LEAST. What is the point of setting up an appointment if it is not honored.
