  I live in this area but I much rather go to the Citi bank by my moms house because they are excellent at that bank on California and Milwaukee,they need more training and also need to open more booths cause it doesn’t make any sense with the traffic they have on 87 th st. smh...

  service is really bad for such a large bank you better service at a gas station. The manager is should take and active roll in ensuring there is enough staff during peak hours and have more than one person be able to open account. Just because you are on salary you should still be able to service a customer and open accounts, This has been long standing problem with this bank . The need to this branch close and a make room to open a Chase bank or business that is invested in the community they serve
